Chappa was a USACI competitor, USACI World Record Holder, Father, Husband,
and friend to many in USACI. He was taken from us on Easter Weekend in an
automobile accident. Cesar is survived by His Wife Stella and 8 year old
daughter, both of whom were in the vehicle and survived the accident. Our

Andy Burmundez
Jun 28, 2007
Long time USACI
member Andy Burmundez of Digital Car Audio in Weslaco, Texas passed
unexpectedly last week. Andy was well know in Car Audio and USACI
as a competitor and a friend to many. Our industry has lost a truly
great soul. Andy is survived by his 5 yr old son, Andy Jr. and his
wife. His wife will continue the shop with the help of his friends,
family and employees. She plans on fixing up the Civic DX that they
bought just a month earlier as a competition/show car and promised
to hit the shows and competitions in his name.
We hope to see
her in the lanes carrying on his legacy....
Thomas (MO)
Morant
Aug 9, 2006
Earlier today
we lost a long time USACi competitor, friend and all around great
man. Thomas Morant , better known as (MOE)!!! He lost his battle with
cancer. He will be greatly missed. My deepest regards and prayers
will be with his wife Rhonda and his family. USACi has truly lost
a great friend.
Thomas was a truly great person and will be missed by all. He loved
his family and the car audio sport. I remember we thought we would
lose on several occasions over the past few yearts but every time
things got bad he would bounce back! Cancer is a terrible thing.....
On behalf of all of us at the USACI office:
Farewall "MOE", we will always remember your spirit and
dedication. This sport and anyone who ever met you have suffered a
great loss today.

said it any better myself)

times throughout the years and consider him a friend and a great competitor.
He will be truly missed.
